I read in Oracle Report that today is a day for volcanic eruptions and I am experiencing just that, a wave of grief passing through. I am telling myself that it is leaving and I am choosing to love myself through this wave. May we all love ourselves, no matter what we are experiencing. Definitely feels accurate that this is a time where we must maintain blind faith. Will go ground myself later, stretch a bit (last thing I want to do) and allow allow allow.
